Lucy Hilton Joins Toaster as New Business Director, EMEA

Toaster, the award-winning global independent agency, announces the appointment of Lucy Hilton as business director, EMEA. With over a decade of experience driving growth for top creative agencies including Grey, Havas and BBH, Lucy brings a wealth of expertise and a passion for bringing business propositions and brand strategies to life.

Lucy joins Toaster from a recent stint as a brand-side entrepreneur, running a two-person drinks start-up from a flat in Islington. This experience equipped her with valuable insights into the challenges and rewards of building a business from the ground up.
