L+R & the Estée Lauder Companies Win at the 2023 Anthem Awards

The Anthem Awards, presented by The Webby Awards, honours and celebrates purpose & mission-driven work from people, companies and organisations worldwide. The Anthem Awards do the important work of setting the bar for impactful work, inspiring others to take action in their communities. The second annual competition received nearly 2,000 entries from 43 countries worldwide. L+R, alongside our longtime collaborators, the Estée Lauder Companies, is proud to be recognised for their work and impact.

Developed in collaboration with L+R, The ELC Learning Hub has been awarded in the Anthem Awards Employee Learning & Development Initiative category.

The ELC Learning Hub is a one-of-a-kind online learning platform that provides the Estée Lauder Companies employees access to various e-learning courses, content, and resources. The platform aims to improve employee engagement and development by delivering training materials more aligned with the modern workforces’ expectations of a digital experience.
