Lowe Epic, DLKW Lowe’s new digital agency has launched. The agency is led by Alan Parker who recently joined Lowe from GolinHarris where he was Head of Digital. Parker also set up Ogilvy’s 360 Digital Influence team in Sydney, Australia.
Lowe Epic has already won its first pitch - the hotly contested Burger King UK account, alongside sister retail activation network, Lowe Open. Lowe Epic is also working with Unilever brands including Domestos, plus existing DLKW Lowe and Lowe and Partners clients.
Specialising in digital brand communications, the agency provides a full suite of digital services including strategy, creative, design & build, content production, community management and analytics.
Parker, Founder and Managing Director at Lowe Epic commented: “We have built Lowe Epic around four simple tenets: Firstly, we sit at the cross section of creativity and technology to bring our clients the best of both worlds. Secondly, we create epic stories for the connected world, giving our clients greater cut through. Thirdly, we believe in purposeful brands and work to enhance and change consumers lives. Lastly, we deliver greater business effect in everything we do for clients, whether that’s greater reach, engagement or sales.”
Parker continues, “We apply this philosophy to every piece of work we create and every campaign we get involved in. We believe it was key to winning the Burger King pitch.”
Guilherme Ruschel, Marketing Director for North West Europe at Burger King, comments: “We were extremely impressed with Lowe Epic’s strategic thinking and strong creative. The way they responded to the brief really bought their passion for our brand to life and demonstrated the type of agency partner they would be. We’re very happy to have Lowe Epic on board to help us achieve some great things”.
Richard Warren CEO of DLKW Lowe, comments: “We are very excited to have Alan on board and to see Lowe Epic off to such a great start. The Burger King win is testament to his vision and ambition and also to the talent within the wider Lowe Epic team. They are already achieving great things for the group and we’ve no doubt that the Burger King win is a sign of even more great things to come.”
