Award-winning digital content agency and media network Little Dot Studios (an All3Media company), has appointed Lillian Betty as its first head of client development for its specialist consumer brand division.
Reporting to Jade Raad, director of brand strategy, Lillian will be responsible for business development for Little Dot Studios’ full-service agency proposition, leading the business strategy for one of the agency's newest teams and significant growth areas. The role also includes overseeing new business development for digital strategy, social content production, distribution and paid social amplification for the clients within its Consumer Brand division, identifying opportunities and emerging trends.
Prior to joining Little Dot Studios, Lillian was at BEN group where she lead the strategy for brand integration and influencer collaborations building multi-layered partnerships for clients, brands and the creator community. Previously, Lillian held roles at eBay heading up brand partnerships and had an established career in publishing and media, working at Future plc (formally Time Inc.) where she was responsible for all relationships with media owners and suppliers, building collaborations with ITV, Universal Music, Live Nation and ITN. She spent over 10 years at Bauer Media, creating market leading projects across the portfolio of magazines, radio and digital brands. Additionally Betty held commercial roles at BBC, Hearst and The Independent group.
Lillian Betty is a media mentor, member of the Royal Television Society (RTS), The ASA Committee of Advertising Practice (CAP), The Partnership Panel and is a Judge for the IPM awards. She is also a non-executive director of the social impact agency Constance advising on policy and best practice.

Betty is the latest in a string of senior hires as Little Dot Studios continues to expand its service offering and follows on from last month’s appointment of Chris Imlach as head of paid media.
