Cliffhanger campaign for Federal Office of Public Health
This week, Leo Burnett Switzerland released a new campaign for the Federal Office of Public Health in Switzerland to encourage people to decide early whether or not they will donate their organs.
The films are true cliffhangers: a driver loses control of his car and - together with his passenger - hang precariously over the edge of a cliff. In this situation, certain they are about to die, the duo discuss if they have made plans to donate their organs.
Through this campaign, the Swiss government aims to raise awareness about the importance of deciding early about organ donation and informing relatives. In this way, Swiss citizens can save their relatives from having to make that difficult decision.
The campaign consists of three 30 second spots, which lead up to a four minute online film. The film can be seen here: www.the-decision.ch
