Leo Burnett USA announced the appointment of Mick McCabe as Chief Strategy Officer. McCabe will oversee the agency’s Strategy department, which includes research, analytics, shopper marketing and brand strategy. As one of the largest strategy departments in the nation, McCabe will support brands including Allstate, Fifth Third Bank, Firestone, Kellogg’s, McDonald’s, Procter & Gamble, Sprint and Samsung, among others.

With nearly 20 years of agency planning experience, McCabe is well respected in the industry and joins Leo Burnett after serving as Chief Strategy Officer at kirshenbaum bond senecal + partners in New York, working on brands including BMW, Vanguard, Homegoods, TJ Maxx and John Frieda. McCabe previously served as Chief Strategy Officer for Deutsch. He also worked at TBWA\Chiat Day and Fallon. During his first tour of Leo Burnett as Director of Planning, McCabe worked with Allstate, Kellogg's and Nintendo.
