Game publisher Riot is really upping the ante with the new cinematics & music videos for its global smash hit League of Legends. With a previously small amount of background story for the staggering 123 playable characters, Riot has began to flesh out a select few in many different and absolutely awesome ways.
Back in the Summer of 2014, Passion Paris produced the music video for Riot's 2014 World Championship, featuring an original song from Imagine Dragons. Now, Strange Beast has taken the helm, with the newest music video 'The Curse of the Sad Mummy'.
Starring Amumu, one of the more tragic characters in the overarching League of Legends story, the absolutely breathtaking spot was directed by Shy the Sun, and takes us through desolate sands, magical forests and dark alleys, before exploding into an epic climax.
The song was written & performed by Riot's own composer Christian Linke, a self proclaimed Amumu fan.
