Kurio wins three ICCO Global Awards golds for their work for Caverion and Fazer. They are among the biggest winners of the show. The awards ceremony was held at the Waldorf Hotel in London on the 27th November.
Finland’s Energy-Wisest School campaign for Caverion, Microsoft and City of Oulu won Campaign of the Year in Western and Northern Europe and Best Employer Branding awards. The jury said this was an innovative campaign which brilliantly combined Minecraft with energy planning to inspire sustainable thinking. “Exceptional work that stood out”, they concluded.
Fazer Remix Influencer Remix for Fazer Confectionary campaign was awarded Best Digital, New Media, and Influencer Marketing Campaign. They jury commented it being “extremely unique” and “setting the bar high for digital creativity”.
“We’re extremely happy for this recognition. Huge thanks – on behalf of whole teams behind these work – to the honorable jury”, commented Jari Lähdevuori, the executive creative director of Kurio. “The sustained success of Finland’s Energy-Wisest School shows we managed to do something out of the ordinary there. It’s not long since it was awarded the 4th best campaign at the Global SABRE Awards. And this being the first award show we had the chance to enter Fazer Remix Influencer Remix, we’re over the moon for the jury’s comments.”
This is the sixth year in a row Kurio has been awarded at ICCO Global Awards. Last year they were the agency with the most awards.
