Kristen Paladino Joins 2025 AICP Jury

Kristen Paladino, casting director and founder of Paladino Casting will be serving as a Judge for the Performance category of the 2025 AICP Awards.

Well-recognised for her expertise in casting, Kristen has been instrumental in shaping narratives and storytelling, bringing depth and authenticity to every project across commercials, film, and television. Her ability to discover, develop and cast exceptional, diverse talent has made her a trusted name in the industry.

As a Judge for the Performance category, Kristen will help select outstanding work based on casting, direction and performance of talent to be honoured in this year’s awards.

The AICP Awards honours the craft of the commercial, recognising every aspect of commercial-making, celebrating artistry and setting the standard for excellence in commercial production.
