KFC’s Saucy Summer Continues with the Sauce Serve Truck

It wouldn’t be summer without the ice cream truck, and it wouldn’t be a KFC ‘saucy summer’ without the Sauce Serve Truck.

As the summer winds down and sauce battles heat up, KFC taps into the enduring allure of the ice cream truck to debut three new Saucy Nugget flavours in a tri-city tour with the Sauce Serve Truck complete with a dope twist on the nostalgic jingle.

Hitting the road this Saturday, August 17th, the van made its first stop in New York City where visitors could grab a cup of nuggets, try all the new drips at a self-serve sauce station, and snag limited-edition merch. The truck will continue on to Austin, TX on August 24th and reach its final destination in Ann Arbor, MI on September 7th.

The Sauce Serve Truck is KFC’s second activation this year with creative agency MullenLowe following the Chizzera in February.
