Kettle, the creative agency renowned for its work with Apple, T-Mobile and Nike, today announced that it has been named one of the Ad Age Best Places to Work 2025, an annual ranking of companies that lead the pack in factors ranging from pay and benefits to corporate culture and leadership.
Over the past two years, Kettle has seen less than 3% turnover. Kettle has worked diligently to establish a people-centric culture and close-knit community that fosters respect, thoughtful engagement and creativity. Kettle prioritises equity and inclusion through benefits and practices, to support and encourage employees to live authentically.
Ad Age Best Places to Work 2025 honours 50 companies that did a standout job over the past year as the ad business faced challenges due to the changing media landscape and economy. The winners reflect the highest overall numerical scores based on an analysis of questionnaires submitted by employers and survey responses from their employees.
Ad Age’s scoring system factors in employee responses on topics including pay and benefits, along with seven other core focus areas (80% of the score) and a company’s policies and practices on areas including pay and benefits, work/life balance, recruitment, training and development (20% of the score).
Dan Peres, president of Ad Age says, “The companies on Ad Age’s 2025 Best Places to Work list have shown a deep commitment to building workplaces where employees truly want to be—no small feat in today’s challenging labour market. Earning this recognition isn’t just a win for company culture; it also strengthens an organisation’s reputation, making it a more attractive place for top talent.”
Lauren Kushner, Kettle CEO says, “Creating an environment where the team thrives has an incredibly positive impact on the work we deliver. It also fosters strong client relationships that lead to long-lasting partnerships. We are honoured to receive this recognition and are grateful that our Kettle team feels our commitment to a culture that puts our people first.”
Olivier Peyre, Kettle founder and creative chair says, “I am so proud of the culture that we have built at Kettle. This award is by far the most meaningful one to us and one we’ve been striving for since inception. This recognition is a huge testament to the people-centric approach we take every day.”
