Kathryn Hahn is a Hilariously Relatable Parent in Latest Chrysler Campaign

Star of ‘Transparent’ and ‘Bad Moms’ Kathryn Hahn features in Chrysler’s hilariously relatable new campaign - proving that you shouldn’t let parenting get in the way of flaunting serious attitude. Creatively devised by Doner and directed by Jordan Brady of Superlounge, the Primetime Emmy-nominated actress amusingly acts out guilty pleasures in the series of five commercials to promote the new Pacifia S.

In the campaign, Hahn portrays a fun-loving mum who’s not quite ready to let go of her youth, just yet. She’s not going to let the school run ruin a chance to blast her speakers, ‘back that thang up’ and roll around on the bonnet. In ‘Pick Up’, she cruises into the school yard lip-syncing ferociously to Fergie’s ‘M.I.L.F. $’, much to other parents’ horror, as it booms out of the windows of her car. In ‘Parking Ticket’, Hahn tries to blag her way out of a parking fine – inventing increasingly outrageous excuses like losing their fictitious family ‘pomerdoodle’ and being chased by a herd of killer bees.


Superlounge director Jordan Brady brought his comedic expertise to the five spots. Working closely with Doner on the new campaign, he builds on his relationship with the agency. Brady shot with Hahn over two days – perfecting the comedic tone and timing.

The commercial veteran comments: “My only real production challenge was how to keep from laughing during the takes. Seriously. Ms. Hahn was inventive, collaborative and off the cuff."

The five-part campaign is now live on TV, digital, and online.
