Moxie Pictures has signed award-winning director Kathi Prosser for U.S. representation. Prosser has an enviable body of work that ranges from vivacious and opulent fashion campaigns to provocative PSAs. Coming to Moxie from The Sweet Shop, she has collaborated regularly with numerous top agencies including BBDO, JWT, Arnold, Saatchi & Saatchi and Y&R. Her background both behind and in front of the camera has given her an ingrained knack for character development, inspiring naturalistic and complex performances from every actor she works with. Recently, Prosser joined Dove’s cadre of female self-esteem advocates, opening a candid window into the fallen dreams of little girls whose passions are stifled by negative self worth in the stirring :30 “Girls” out of Ogilvy & Mather, Toronto.
Notes Moxie Pictures EP Robert Fernandez, “We’re thrilled to have this dynamic director join our roster. Her distinct style is as visually sophisticated as it is affecting.”
Canadian-born Kathi Prosser first developed as a visual artist while studying graphic design at the Ontario College of Art and Design, and quickly started creating album art and websites for Sony Music, Columbia, BMG, EMI, Arista and V2. After winning numerous AIGA Awards for her innovate designs, she transitioned into motion graphics, creating multiple opening title segments for major networks before moving into music videos.
