Jesper Norgaard Joins TBWA\London as Strategy Director

TBWA\London has further strengthened its strategy department with the appointment of Jesper Norgaard as strategy sirector. This new hire follows the recent additions of Raquel Chicourel as chief strategy officer and James Faupel as head of production.

Jesper joins TBWA\London from Grey London, where he excelled as senior strategist and later strategy director; he previously worked at Forever Beta and Nomads Agency in Amsterdam. 

With professional experiences spanning three different countries - Denmark, the Netherlands, and the UK - Jesper brings a unique global perspective and integrated mindset to his work. His love for traditional advertising, innovation and the power of integrating ideas across the full ecosystem will be instrumental in driving strategic excellence at TBWA\London. 

He has been hired to elevate the agency's strategy output. Jesper is a disruptive thinker by design and will bring a new dynamic to the team. In his role, Jesper will help drive the agency's strategic output by boosting TBWA\London’s digital and integrated strategy skills. Jesper will work on clients such as Starbucks and McVitie's. 

Reporting directly to CSO Raquel Chicourel, Jesper will work closely with the creative department, ensuring a collaborative and cohesive approach at TBWA\London.
