Debby Reiner and Madonna Badger, leaders renowned for their ground breaking work with global brands like P&G, Olay and Gillette, will be bringing insightful views and boundary-breaking mindset to Cannes Lions next week.
CEO Reiner and CCO Badger’s participation at the Festival comes on the heels of recently launching the Futura Collective, LLC., a new and forward-thinking branding and advertising company that's built for where creativity is going, unburdened by where it's been.
Returning to Cannes Lions in her seventh year as chair and ambassador of 'See It Be It,' Badger will share valuable insights and experiences designed to empower female creatives to recognise their confidence and harness their own power.
The 'See it Be it' program is celebrating its 10th anniversary of aiming to achieve equal gender representation among creative directors and leaders across the global industry. 19 female creatives were selected from 14 different markets to be a part of this program and this year’s cohort will include participants from Kazakhstan, Kenya and Thailand for the first time.
In addition, Badger and Reiner will be front and centre on the following stages:
“Changemakers: See it Be it Edition” This series spotlights inspiring women who champion underrepresented voices and ignite business, cultural or social transformation. Whether it’s a story that changes the world or a story that changes us, prepare to get inspired to chart your path and rewrite the narrative. Topics include: How can you succeed through adversity, the glass ceiling and the glass cliff? What are the attributes of a strong female leader? Can you make the world a better place?
