IMD Invests in A+V

IMD has announced its investment in A+V, the only local, pan Latin American delivery company. This investment confirms IMD’s position as operating the most extensive video commercial delivery network across every continent.

The agreement between A+V and IMD brings substantial capital and technology contributions to A+V’s pan Latin American business. A+V and its customers will also benefit from IMD’s 17 years of experience in digital TV commercial delivery across Europe and Asia Pacific.

A+V is in the process of finalising the establishment of its operations in nine Latin American countries, extending IMD’s direct interest in digital delivery operations to over 30 countries. Together with IMD’s Global Media Network Partners this creates by far the most extensive global delivery network available and the only one covering every continent.
