Following the recent wins of the German Fashion brand ArmedAngels and the World Wide Fund for Nature, HERC has significantly expanded its team with some exciting new hires. The French duo David Diankanguila and Dimitri Deneuville have joined HERC as creative directors. With a track record of ten years at Ogilvy and 72andSunny, they have built a portfolio of creative work for renowned brands like Google, Coca-Cola and Audi.
“At the heart of HERC, there’s a vision we are also passionate about. The vision that we share with HERC is what advertising should stand for in the future, who should be welcomed and nurtured in the industry and how culture is a cornerstone of what we do. We want to help realise it and be the first-stage booster of that rocket”, says David.
Dimitri adds: “We see HERC as this burgeoning international boutique and it’s incredible to immediately feel that belief from the ACE network. The network offers the opportunity to pick up the phone and have social experts or PR wizards help us knock our ideas out of the park.”
HERC further expands the team with Italo-Brazilian designer Astrid Niari, previously at O'Neill, and Selen Kirkagac, who joins HERC as account director. With eight years of experience working for agencies like Natwerk and sister-agency Glasnost, Selen handled accounts such as Unilever and Diageo. Selen will support HERC with account responsibility across brands like WFF, ArmedAngels and Young Ones (part of Young Capital) to unleash impactful creativity and be a great client partner.
Emilio de Haan, CD and founder at HERC said, “These appointments reflect our ambition to develop creative work that feels cultured and global. We’re serious about inviting more diverse voices to our industry and our new faces embody this.”
