Tillamook County Creamery Association, the Oregon-based maker of dairy products under the Tillamook brand name, recently tapped L.A. digital agency Hello Design to promote the launch of its newly remodeled, 42,800 square-foot visitors center which includes a look at the company’s farms. An estimated 1.3 million visitors - as many as 10,000 people per day— are expected to walk through the doors of the new facility each year, making it one of the most popular attractions in the Northwest.
To drive home the concept that Tillamook is a real place, with real dairy farmers, and real food, Hello Design conceived and produced a number of elements, including short films such as “How to Make Cheese,” “How to Milk a Cow,” and “How to Make Ice Cream” -- as well as merchandise including two children’s books that give visitors a token by which to to remember their experience.
