TD Ameritrade, a leading online brokerage, is launching two TV spots to kick off a new communications campaign at the start of their fiscal first quarter. The spots - created in partnership with new lead creative agency Havas Worldwide NY - tout "for all the confidence you need, TD Ameritrade. You got this." The campaign employs a contemporary execution that includes varied creative customized to the audience and media, and contains a consistent underlying message. There are no special “characters.” You don’t have to fit a specific profile. The message is one of confidence – no matter who you are or where you are on your investment journey.
While the first execution channel is TV, this campaign is much broader and encompassing of multiple channels, including print, CRM and digital. The company has committed considerable attention/investment in better optimizing its acquisition capabilities, and this new campaign is the next phase in its efforts to become smarter, more efficient and more effective with how it targets clients and prospects, given their ever-evolving preferences for digesting and utilizing media.
