Havas Chicago Hires Jennifer Marszalek as Chief Talent Officer

Havas Chicago today announced that it has hired Jennifer Marszalek into a new role as Chief Talent Officer for the Havas Chicago village. Previously Vice President of Human Resources at Grubhub, Marszalek brings deep experience in high-growth technology and retail environments. She will be charged with helping shape the agency’s culture, creating a seamless employee experience across the integrated Havas Chicago Village, and scaling its workforce to drive business growth.

The appointment of Marszalek as Chief Talent Officer of the integrated Chicago Village comes on the heels of a number of new business wins for the agency, including Moen, Ragu and Bertolli. Marszalek will be responsible for building a unified culture across the village in addition to focusing on the acquisition and continued development of talent.

Prior to leading HR at Grubhub, Marszalek spent four years as the Head of Human Resources at SurePayroll, a subsidiary of Paychex, and more than eleven years in various HR and talent management roles with Room & Board home furnishings. Jennifer has a BBA in Marketing and an MSIR from Loyola University of Chicago.
