Funday Agency has been named as lead creative agency for North America’s largest Black owned-and-women-founded wine business

Funday is assuming strategy, creative and production for each of the McBride Sisters’ brands, including McBride Sisters Collection, Black Girl Magic, SHE CAN, and a new line launching in the coming weeks.

Robin McBride and Andréa McBride-John are truly trailblazers in an 8,000 year old industry built on tradition, which they’ve set out to transform, one delicious glass at a time. With a focus on making wine accessible, sustainable and socially conscious, the company is working hard to re-write the rules and do things differently within the wine industry. 

Funday has a similar mission in the creative agency world. Founded in 2020 the agency is made up of 50+ industry vets, who are committed to working with their partners in a different way. Bringing their big collective experience to each relationship, ensuring a boutique vibe, and of course - making sure everyone has fun along the way. 

From their first meeting, the teams at McBride and Funday felt there was a rapport and energy between them that was hard to ignore. The sentiment was echoed by McBride Sisters Wines’ SVP of Marketing, Renee Fuller “After my first meeting with the Funday team, I knew we had identified the right partner to help us bring our brand stories to life and create memorable and creative content that would disrupt and spark curiosity in our consumers.”

With new campaigns being developed for each McBride Sisters product line in time for the summer, there will be something for everyone. Funday’s executive creative director, Kathryn Whiteside, noted, “We are thrilled to collaborate with the McBride Sisters team, to showcase the distinct personality of each of their collections. Our goal is to celebrate the community and embody the empowering spirit behind this remarkable brand.”
