Who are the founders of DMCG Global?
Dan Matthews, the founder of recruitment firm Daniel Marks, holds 18 years’ experience working within marketing, advertising, creative and digital recruitment. He has helped to deliver solutions to a broad array of leading blue-chip brands, consultancies and creative agencies throughout the UK, USA and globally. His firm has also been praised for a number of diversity and inclusion initiatives including the Big Bang Creatives Internship Scheme and The Planning Academy.
Justin McGuire, the co-founder and CEO of recruitment firm MCG&Co also has over a decade worth of recruitment experience under his belt. For almost a decade beforehand, he experienced working client-side for a communications agency, working with some of the world’s most celebrated brands. It was in this role, he transitioned into founding and growing his recruitment agency across the Middle East and Asia with his business partner Adam Michael Toctan. Since then, he has cemented a reputation as a leading recruitment partner within the marketing, communications and digital space.
Adam Michael Toctan, partner at MC&Co helped launch the recruitment firm into APAC back in 2016. Adam has in excess of 14 years recruitment experience across Europe, the Middle East and APAC. The vast majority of this is within the creative, communications and digital space - placing mid-senior level talent throughout Hong Kong, China, Singapore and SEA. Adam has won ‘Recruitment Consultant of the Year’ two years running, and steered MCG&Co to ‘Best New Recruitment Agency’ in the coveted Asia Recruitment Awards. Adam is highly regarded amongst his peers as being one of the finest strategic advisors to partner clients and candidates alike.
