Forever Beta Awarded 8 Creative Circle Awards

Digital innovation agency Forever Beta has been awarded eight Creative Circle awards. The agency is the 4th most awarded indie agency of the festival. Forever Beta scooped four gold awards, two silver awards, and two bronze awards. Forever Beta was awarded gold and silver for its Big Issue ‘I’m Here’ work which won a Bronze Cannes Lion earlier this year. The agency also won bronze awards for its work for Amazon Prime ‘Jeremy Clarkson is a F***er’ and ‘Decode the Truth’.

The tech-driven OOH campaign shone a spotlight on Big Issue vendors who have felt the sting of the pandemic with their source of income and connection to the public deteriorating due to the quietness of the streets. The project used beacon technology placed within vendors’ jackets that linked to OOH billboards that displayed ads featuring faces to draw attention to where they are located. Establishing this relationship further, the technology also included a barcode that was available for people to subscribe directly to the relevant vendor.
