Falvio Vidigal and Bruno Perotto join


New York based digital agency, Firstborn, has added a Creative Director and Art Director to its growing team of industry talent.  Both hires will work across Firstborn's roster of clients, among them:  Mountain Dew, Pepsi, Morgans Hotel Group, Redken, Under Armour, Wrigley and Aflac.

 


 
Brazil native, Flavio Vidigal, joins Firstborn as a Creative Director, bringing with him over 12 years experience in the industry.  He will oversee creative across multiple clients and work to support Firstborn's design, development, 3D and video teams while also lending his talent on new business initiatives.   Flavio spent the last 2 years in Beijing as a Creative Director at BBDO Proximity China where he helped lead creative efforts for Volkswagen's infamous "The People's Car" campaign, heralded as one of the largest integrated advertising campaigns in the country.  The work earned the agency local and international recognition from the likes of Cannes Lions, London International Awards, NY Festivals and the One Show.  Prior to his time at BBDO Proximity, Flavio was Digital Creative Director at WPP's G2 Worldwide, serving as a key member of creative leadership for its Brazil office.  Before G2, Flavio spent a year as Creative Supervisor at IPG's São Paulo-based creative shop, CUBOCC and the 2 years prior as Creative Supervisor for JWT in Brazil.  Throughout his career, Flavio has worked on brands including: Twix, M&M's, Kraft Foods, AXE, Nike, Audi, Doritos, Coca-Cola Company and Ford. 
 

 


Joining Firstborn as Art Director is Bruno Perotto, also a Brazil native, who got his start in the industry in 2006 as a graphic designer.  Most recently Bruno spent 2 years at the Boulder office of Crispin Porter & Bogusky as Sr. Interactive Designer helping to manage the creative and technical design processes across various projects for brands like American Express, Dominos, Coke Zero and Jell-O.  Before Crispin, Bruno was Art Director at Mexico-based digital agency Groupo W helping to lead interactive efforts for clients Knorr, Unilever and Tecate.  Prior, Bruno was an Art Director at São Paulo's AgenciaClick Isobar.  At Firstborn Bruno will focus on both visual design and concept development, helping to oversee art direction and design across Firstborn projects.

 


 
Both Flavio and Bruno will report in to Chief Creative Officer, Joon Park, and Executive Creative Director, Dave Snyder.
