Carvolution is the first car subscription service in Switzerland with its launch campaign here to introduce this new phenomenon to the Swiss consumer.
It's the answer to buying or leasing, as subscriptions are the new take on leasing in our app-driven world. The service involves a monthly fee, giving the subscriber the ability to drive several vehicles over the course of a year (or over multiple years) and includes insurance, maintenance and roadside assistance.
The campaign is released in the three languages of Switzerland - English, German and French - both on TV as well as online, and stresses that it is in fact cheaper than leasing or buying with the slogan "Stop paying too much, start driving." With the financial impulse from Switzerland's biggest investment company RedAlpine, Carvolution is ready to introduce Switzerland to this new way of driving.
Together with the key players of Carvolution, strategist Suzanne Kats developed the brand's proposition and with their team of in-house creatives Smarthouse Films developed and executed the creative concept. The film was shot in Amsterdam and directed by Smarthouse's Belgian director Ralf Demesmaeker. The colourful studio sets display the annoying aspects of having a car that we normally just take for granted; no more hustles at car dealers, no more paperwork, no costs besides the fuel and everything is done in the app or online.
Why is this not available in the rest of Europe? Because really, who doesn't want to shred that car dealer for once?
