Random Acts director takes home Communication Matters prize
The Alan Martin Award is made annually to a person who uses AAC (Alternative or Augmentative Communication) and has made a significant contribution to the creative arts. It was awarded this year to Jemima Hughes' quick-paced paper-cut stop frame animation produced under Random Acts' First Acts strand in collaboration with Screen South.
This series of films celebrates England's most exciting 16 - 24 year-old artist, filmmakers in partnership with the Arts Council England.
