New design required as Zopa expands services in advance of next generation bank launch

Feed, one of the world’s fastest growing independent digital agencies, has today partnered with Zopa to deliver a redesigned shopfront customer experience for the next phase of its growth. The partnership represents a further step in Zopa’s ambitions to drive awareness of not only their brand and break-through business model, but also their desire to offer customers a broader spectrum of financial products pending the approval of their  bank licence. 

Since pioneering the peer-to-peer lending model in 2005,  Zopa has lent more than £3 billion to UK customers, helping over 300,000 people to get a better value personal loan, and 60,000 active retail investors to grow their money. Zopa has appointed Feed to develop and deliver an intuitive flexible design and build for their shopfront digital customer experience. Feed will start work with immediate effect.

In 2017, Zopa disbursed £985m in loans, a 43% increase on 2016. Zopa has grown via a highly targeted acquisition strategy for potential loan customers, offering a seamless digital experience, and providing customers with an award winning customer service ensuring strong customer loyalty and trust.
