As a follow up to recent FCB leadership news, FCB/RED, Interpublic Group’s award-winning retail agency, just announced the promotion of Curt Munk to Executive Vice President, Group Planning Director, its chief planning position.
By joining the FCB Executive Committee and leading all FCB/RED planning and insights teams, Curt will assist the agency in helping clients navigate the transformations in the retail industry, enabling them to take better advantage of the new world of retail and connected commerce.
Tina Manikas, president of FCB/RED, shared that “Curt’s ability to develop teams, innovate tools and unearth critical shopper and behavioural insights was a key factor in FCB/RED’s 36% growth in 2017.”
Since rejoining FCB/RED in 2014, Curt has not only helped grow the agency by double digit rates, he has also become recognised as an industry leader and presenter on trends and insights at retail forums including the Shopper Marketing Summit and Expo, ANA conferences and the National Confectioners Association’s Sweet & Snacks Expo.
