Eurobest Announces 2015 Winners

France takes the lead with 71 trophies

eurobest has been brought to a close in Antwerp with the announcement of the 2015 winners at the much anticipated Awards Ceremony. France have taken home 71 trophies and topped the winners’ rankings, Germany are close behind them and the UK, who led last year, have dropped to third.

Standout countries include Romania, who take home 12 awards, their largest haul to date, with one of them being a Grand Prix. Likewise, Switzerland have been awarded two Grands Prix and walk away with 16 trophies, nearly tripling their 2014 trophies.

Louise Benson, Festival Director of eurobest, opened the ceremony saying that the Festival had not just provided a platform, instead it had been ‘a multi-sensory experience that had fed the delegates’ collective desire for challenge and inspiration’. She added her thanks to the City of Antwerp, the founding partners and the 114 jury members who had helped make eurobest a hive of industry.

In the Young Creatives competition, competitors were given one day to come up with an integrated campaign for the City of Antwerp. The team from Georgia, Giorgi Avaliani and Ana Miminoshvili were awarded Gold by the dedicated Young Creatives Jury.
