MullenLowe Profero launches online experience and in-store experiential pop-up

MullenLowe's CX arm MullenLowe Profero launched its latest digital experience, Magnum Pleasure Sensorium, for its Double Gold Caramel Billionaire flavour.

Upon entering the digital platform you are asked to answer six multiple choice questions on how you prefer to spend your time. Once all questions have been answered you are shown your 'Pleasure Profile' which details your preferences regarding flavours and the sounds that compliment them. 

With a Billionaire ice cream in hand (which you have the option to order during the experience) and your headphones on, you are served up an audiovisual experience that is matched to your Pleasure Profile. Each sound combination links to individual elements within the ice cream, enhancing the characteristics of the ice cream that you enjoy the most based on your Pleasure Profile – delivering the most pleasurable way for you to enjoy your ice cream.

This digital experience is supported with an in-store experiential pop-up open from 15th – 18th July at the Old Truman Brewery.
