In a world where every Tom, Dick and Harry seem to be reluctantly dragging their tootsies back to commuting five days a week to the office (cry), Covert continues to THRIVE as a 100% remote-first post house. The Pulse of Covert: Employee Survey Results

Covert recently conducted something quite structured and organised (for us anyway) - an anonymous internal survey to gauge how our employees feel about working remotely and being part of our unique culture. Of course we have regular formal check-ins and chin wags with the crew but we wanted facts, figures and a platform where we could soak in every bit of feedback, positive or not, and do better. We're rather chuffed with the results:

  • 100% of employees agree that Covert’s remote-first culture works for them.

  • 88% feel inspired to meet project deadlines.

  • 94% of employees report strong working relationships with their colleagues.

  • 88% feel their ideas are heard, reflecting a culture of open communication.

  • 82% are satisfied with their work-life balance, thanks to the flexibility remote work offers.

This overwhelmingly positive feedback reflects the strength of Covert’s core values: Hungry, Humble, and Human. And by embracing these principles, we ensure our team remains creative, connected, and inspired.
