Continuing with the theme, ‘It’s just stuff’, Swedish insurance company Hedvig has enlisted the help of the film collective SWIM CLUB to launch their much anticipated car insurance.
In a move not often seen by insurance companies, the film features a driver performing hypnotic donuts to an even more hypnotic music track to reinforce the brand message, ‘It’s just stuff’. SWIM CLUB brought their signature blend of music and fashion culture to the spot resulting in a visually arresting yet oddly comedic film.
Directed, shots, produced, edited and scored by SWIM CLUB, this was not their first foray into the world of cars: "We previously shot an elaborate music video for a global artist centred around Japanese truck drivers and drifting culture. He canned the film and opted for scantily clad dancers instead. But it helped prepare us for this film so we’re happy.". SWIM CLUB.
