For Code and Theory, Dreamforce 2024 was an inspiring event that left us energised. Marc Benioff’s ambitious vision to empower one billion AI agents by 2025 boldly shapes the future of work and technology, positioning Salesforce as an innovation leader.

Having attended Dreamforce off and on for the past 15 years - and honestly losing count - this year stood out like no other. For the first time, there was a palpable shift from focusing on tools to emphasising experiences. Salesforce has always been a collection of powerful tools, but now it’s about the seamless experiences these tools enable, with technology becoming the underlying layer.
