Monkey Shoulder is a blended malt whisky that was born to challenge convention and change the way that people think about and drink Scotch. As a new player in the market, it hadn't yet established a meaningful place in the hearts and minds of local whisky drinkers.
In a city known for long hours and brutal overtime, Teeth needed to give Singaporeans a taste of the playful escapism that Monkey Shoulder is known for.
All work and no play makes Singapore a dull boy.
From awkward water-cooler chats and killer commutes to torturous meetings and brutal office politics, there seemed to be no end to the stresses that office workers face every day – that is, until the pandemic came along. With everyone shifting to WFH mode, the stresses of work began to completely overwhelm our lives.
Staying true to Monkey Shoulder’s experiential roots, Teeth made it its mission to assist the Singaporean workforce in overcoming the stress, tedium, and societal pressures of pandemic work life with a range of acts and experiences that held up a mirror to their current plights.
Bringing cheers back to careers.
Teeth’s ‘Don’t Let the Grind Get You Down’ platform offered a lighter look at work life in this new normal and set out to alleviate the burdens caused by them at every stage of the consumer journey.
After introducing the platform through a series of monkeymercials featuring Teeth’s chief enjoyment officer and brand ambassador Sam Ng, it rolled out a range of unique innovations and experiences that put the enjoyment back into employment.
Canned laughter.
Inspired by more than a year of ‘You are on mute’ and ‘Can you see my screen?’, Zoomtails gave wage earners across the land a chance to savour every sip of this new conference call chaos. Created in collaboration with Sago House, this limited-edition set of custom cocktails featured special limited edition recipes crafted to counter the most cringe-inducing zoom jargon.
Work like a boss. Sleep like a baby.
They say you should dress for the job, not the job you have. But when the job you have now requires you to sit on the sofa at home all day, it can be hard to maintain those grandiose ambitions.
Enter the Pyjamasuit, the perfect antidote to this new era of life at work. A gorgeous monkey-patterned, double-breasted piece of sleepwear beautifully blurred the lines between the classic 80s power suit and your silky-smooth satin sheets.
A training simulator for dead-end jobs.
With The Great Resignation taking the world by storm and jumping ship quickly becoming another new normal, we created The Dead-End Job Simulator.
Featuring three escape rooms manned by professional actors playing monstrous middle managers, this cocktail-infused, immersive workplace simulator helped our corporate drones overcome their fears and learn to put more cheer into their careers along with the aid of delicious Monkey Shoulder cocktails.
We became a complete sell-out.
Teeth’s events and promotional cocktails were immediate hits with the office crowd, selling out in just one week.
