Doja Cat Embarks on an Epic Mission to Save Cat Starscream in ‘Get Into It (Yuh)’ Video

Lord Danger has teamed up with Doja Cat to produce the music video for her hit song 'Get Into It (Yuh)'. In the video, directed by Mike Diva, Doja Cat and her female-led team embark on a mission to rescue her cat Starscream from evil aliens on an enemy ship. With visual effects provided by Lord Danger’s partner studio Modern Logic, the video is an exciting, colourful space adventure with incredible set design and impressive effects. 

On the video, Lord Danger’s executive producer Josh Shadid had this to say: “On ‘Get Into It (Yuh’) Mike Diva was excited to pull on references from his 90’s and 00’s music video legends to build something highly practical that felt truly unique, creating a genre blending space epic comedy that fell right in line with Mike’s particular brand of odd and satisfying. Of course, it wouldn't be a Mike Diva project without a great deal of VFX and we were incredibly lucky to have our partner studio Modern Logic to keep the vision alive to the finish.”

On the post process, Modern Logic’s creative director James McCarthy says: “Working alongside artists as talented as Doja Cat and Mike Diva made the creative process of developing "space magic" an incredible experience. Doja Cat's performance, along with the amazing production and costume design, set Modern Logic up for success by the time the project entered the post production phase. We knew it was going to be a special project thanks to the hard work of the Lord Danger team, as well as Post Producer Annie Chen and all the awesome VFX artists working alongside Modlo.
