Stripey Horse produces new All 4, Channel 4 series presented by Example
Production company Stripey Horse has announced that ‘Supercars’, its newest Channel 4 series, is available on All 4, Channel 4’s free on demand channel.

‘Supercars’ is presented by rapper, musician and supercar fanatic Elliot Gleaves, AKA Example, and explores the supercar world most of us never get to see.

Commissioned for 7-episodes with 5 available on the All 4 platform, the show is  directed by Fraser Mullen, and follows Elliot as he meets the characters who sell, own and modify some of the world’s most luxurious vehicles.

In episode one, Elliot shadows the so-called ‘Carparazzi’ as they race across the capital in the hope of snapping pictures of the most exotic supercars.

After this taster of the supercar scene, Elliot finds himself in the world of the modifiers and detailers who make a living customising some of the world’s most expensive cars. Whether it’s a brand new coat of wax, or adding a colourful wrap to the car's exterior, Elliot discovers what the vast difference in how Supercar owners choose to take care of their cars.

All 4 viewers can also expect an exclusive insight into the world of the East London dealer who specialises in rare supercars, the young entrepreneurs who are matching their success with increasing engine size, and the YouTube vlogger who is exploring the new world of motoring journalism.

Director Fraser Mullen comments: “It was fantastic to be able to work with All 4 to make a series that is both informative and fun. Elliot was a joy to work with as he brought a genuine love of supercars to the table, but also a cheeky everyman charm that the viewers should be able to relate to.”

Nicola Martin of Stripey Horse, says: “Stripey Horse always aims to tell beautiful stories, so to be able to shoot some of the world’s rarest and most visually stunning cars was a perfect fit.”

Supercars is available to watch on All 4 at all4.com/shorts.
