A secret agent's plan is foiled in the comical film from GS&P and Biscuit

To kick off Advertising Week in NYC, Adobe launched a new video campaign for Adobe Marketing Cloud focused on the woes of cross-channel marketing. As part of Adobe’s “How’s your customer experience?” ad series, the satiric campaign entitled “Secret Agent” conveys how a poor cross-channel marketing experience is bad for business and customers alike – and can even bring a super spy to his knees.

Alex Amado, VP of experience marketing at Adobe said “Our latest Adobe Marketing Cloud campaign highlights how a very common problem for brands – the lack of connection between their different communication channels – can translate to a very serious problem for customers.” 

Will Elliott, creative director at Goodby Silverstein & Partners added “When cross-channel marketing goes wrong, it’s bad news for businesses and consumers alike. We wanted to show that all the bad guys in the world couldn’t defeat a secret agent, but a bad customer experience could.”
