Directed by FLIPT’s Tiny Bullet (aka Tina Bull) the idea is brought to life in an amusing way for Digitas NY. We see the protagonists getting more and more frustrated at their inability to gain access to vital password protected resources. Who can remember the name of their favourite marine mammal? Or their paternal grandmother’s maiden name? The list goes on.

As the spot gains momentum, the frenetic reactions to being ‘locked out’ are completely relatable to everyone watching. You can literally feel the pain.
