Director Alejo Restrepo Signs to Generator

Generator is very pleased to announce the signing of commercial, music promo and short film director Alejo Restrepo to their roster. Shortlisted for a Young Director Award at Cannes in 2015, Alejo’s work is based in his Art Direction experience, and his stylised, visually rich films are driven by simple and enjoyable stories.

Graduating in 2014 from London College of Communication, Alejo went on to direct content at The Mill on a full time basis, also finding the time to move to both Los Angeles and Paris.

His experience of accolade at Cannes first came in 2014 where he took part in the Art Direction for a Bronze Lion in the Film category for his work with Partizan as part of the Sleeping Supporter film for Citroen.

Vibrant, engaging, and infused with a wry humour; Alejo’s work is both exciting and memorable. He's the perfect fit for the Generator team, and the company is looking forward to working with him in the UK commercials market.
