DECON Teams with Open Season for East Coast Representation

Creative production company DECON has teamed up with Open Season for East Coast sales representation. Open Season is a talent representation company started by Jenn Johnson, based in New York City. They have a boutique roster of artists who produce high quality commercials, films, music videos and content. Her current roster also includes Artjail, Identity, Minted Content and Music & Strategy. Johnson has over a decade of experience in the advertising space, launching her career on the agency side as a Producer at JWT before shifting to sales for top production and post shops including Tool of North America, @radical.media, B-Reel, Click 3X and Music & Strategy.

Notes DECON Head of Strategy & Development Mike Lobikis, "We're thrilled to be working with Jenn. She's someone Misha and I have known for a long time, so there's a shorthand and high level of trust that exists between us. Jenn understands our unique positioning and what we're trying to accomplish. We all want to tell important stories and help brands influence culture in ways that highlight humanity and belonging."

Adds Johnson, “We are working in an industry that is constantly evolving and challenging how production partners are utilized. The directors at DECON are not only talented, but fresh and unique, allowing DECON to provide powerful experiential and non-traditional solutions that enhance the creative in unexpected ways as well as beautiful storytelling that brings creative ideas to life. From any angle, DECON is the solution. Oh, and they’re also nice people. Who doesn't like to work with nice people?”
