Dani Richa Inducted into Loeries Hall of Fame

At the 46th Loeries event held in Cape Town, South Africa, an industry leader from the Middle East was named for the first time as the 2024 inductee into the prestigious Loeries Hall of Fame.

Dani Richa, chairman BBDO EMEA, received the award while delivering a heartfelt speech in front of over 1000 people at the historic Cape Town City Hall. He mentioned that Cape Town has always had a special place in his heart. "To receive an honour here gives it even greater significance," Dani said.

Thanking his leadership team at BBDO, Dani also acknowledged current and past global colleagues with whom he had the privilege of working, saying, "These experiences have shaped me and brought me to this moment."

Dani is no stranger to fame. He mentioned that fame, like creativity, is contagious: "It rubs off."

Under his leadership, IMPACT BBDO has achieved significant success in the last three years, garnering an impressive 36 Agency & Network of the Year awards. These include being named Agency and Network of the Year at Loeries 2022 and 2023. Furthermore, the agency has held the title of Cannes Lions Regional Network for six consecutive years and boasts four Cannes Lions Grand Prix wins. This success has also led to recognition as Campaign's Global Best Network in the MEA for three consecutive years.

This recognition adds to Dani's impressive list of accolades, which includes being named Arab Ad Man of the Year and Dubai Lynx Advertising Person of the Year. He has also been included among the Arabian Business 100 Most Influential Arabs.
