Critical Mass London & Agency Republic to Merge

Critical Mass, a global digital agency, is merging its London operation with Agency Republic, a renowned London-based digital agency. The combined entity will take on the Critical Mass name, working from Critical Mass’ London offices in Covent Garden, led by Agency Republic Managing Director Matt Kwiecinski.

 
Additionally, Agency Republic Executive Creative Director Alistair Campbell, an award-winning creative leader, will lead the creative team in London as ECD.  Campbell will join Critical Mass’ newly-formed Creative Council led by new Chief Creative Officer Conor Brady. Susanne Jones, former Managing Director of Critical Mass London, moves into a strategic role as SVP Client Partner.

 
Founded in 2001, Agency Republic works with top-tier global brands and has been named Digital Agency of the Year by Campaign and Marketing magazines four times.

From its office in Covent Garden, Critical Mass London serves global and local clients. The Agency Republic team will move into the Critical Mass London office effective 18th January.

 
Earlier in 2013, Critical Mass invested in growing its global network by opening a new regional hub office in Latin America. Today, Critical Mass also announced the appointment of two new global executives, Conor Brady and Chris Hayes, joining as CCO and CMO respectively. Both Conor and Chris will be on the global executive team and based in New York City.
