Carat US announced today the appointment of Cristina Charles as EVP, head of growth. In this role, Cristina will focus on establishing, developing, and expanding relationships with new and existing clients for Carat US. She will report to Neil Smith, chief growth officer, dentsu Media US, while partnering closely with Michael Law, CEO of Carat North America. She will also partner with the global team to uplevel processes across the media service line.

Cristina brings over two decades of experience to Carat, most recently serving as head of growth for Publicis Groupe in the Middle East, where she created impactful and meaningful opportunities for Publicis Groupe entities among clients in global and MEA markets (Middle East and Africa). During this time Cristina successfully converted 64% of competitive pitches across finance, automotive, beverage, technology, real estate and tourism sectors. Prior to that, Cristina held the role of head of growth for Publicis Media, where she helped the agency outpace market growth.
