AMVBBDO takes home Gold of Golds and Most Creative Agency prizes as 4creative scoops Champions of Creativity and Presidents Award double
The winners of the 2017 Creative Circle Awards were announced last night at the Roundhouse.

Hosted by longstanding Creative Circle collaborator, Edith Bowman, the evening saw all of this year’s Gold, Silver, Bronze, and special prizes awarded on an electric night celebrating the very best work from the UK’s creative community.

This year’s Most Creative Agency award went to AMV BBDO, who also picked up the Gold of Golds, alongside Stinkfilm, for their SCA Bodyform campaign.

RiffRaff Films picked up the prize for Most Creative Production Company, whilst MPC London picked up the Most Creative Post Production Company award.

This year’s Champions of Creativity prize went to 4creative, who were also awarded the President’s Award, which was presented by Vicki Maguire, Joint Chief Creative Officer of Valenstein & Fatt and President of Creative Circle.

The Most Promising Male Creative Newcomer award was won by Oliver Frost, whilst Josephine Shedden was this year’s Most Promising Female Newcomer – each of whom make up one half of AMVBBDO’s Oli + Josie.

The Best Up and Coming Female Commercial Director award went to Vicky Lawton, with Zak Razvi walking away with Best Up and Coming Male Commercial Director.

Jeremy Green, CEO of Creative Circle, comments: “Tonight was an opportunity to celebrate the very best work that our fantastic creative industry has created over the course of the past year. It’s the Creative Circle’s mission to celebrate, champion and nurture British creativity – we’ve celebrated and championed tonight, and it’s now time to turn our attention to nurturing the next generation of creatives. Be it those promising students present here in the balconies or those who are going to be enrolled into ad school through the Creative Circle Foundation, we want to continue raising the bar of creative excellence for years to come.”

It was a sell-out night at the Roundhouse, with the industry’s biggest and best joined by dozens of students, including the three winners of this year’s Students & Young Creatives Competition; Adan Hassan, Kat Borrowdale and Calla King.

Having recently featured on albums with Tinie Tempah, J Hus and Nines, Tiggs Da Author provided the evening’s entertainment, taking to the stage to perform a string of hits, including the infectious Run.

The full list of winners can be found on the Creative Circle App, which is now available for both smartphone and tablet users through the App Store and Google Play.
