Creatives only need to submit their portfolios and complete a short application by the September 13th deadline to apply
CP+B is helping the Big Ad Gig launch their 9th annual competition during Advertising Week New York at the end of the month. The contest offers aspiring young creatives the chance at 30-day paid freelance gigs at participating agencies like CP+B, Venables Bell & Partners, We’re Magnetic and more. I wanted to share a video Chuck Porter filmed to announce the contest: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=df-JfZMzDAQ&feature=youtu.be
Creatives only need to submit their portfolios and complete a short application at www.thebigadgig.com by the September 13th deadline (all applicants must be eligible to work in the US). The selected finalists will then be given a creative brief from the Ad Council and invited to present their ideas at the New York Times on September 27th. The judges will provide feedback to each presentation and choose winners to receive gigs:
Andre Kassu, Partner & CCO of CP+B Brazil and Miami
Jamie Robinson, CEO at Joan
Paul Venables, Founder and Chairman of Venables, Bell & Partners
Brian Schultz, Founder of We’re Magnetic
Maryam Banakarium, CMO at Hyatt
Sebastian Tomich, SVP of Advertising & Innovation at The New York Times
