CP+B announced today that Kristen Fox has been promoted to department head and Director of Social Media. Kristen has been an integral part of CP+B's growing social media department since its inception, helping to integrate social into planning, buying, creative and metrics at the agency. She also contributed to the creation of listening, response and community management services across the agency’s clients, including brands like Grey Poupon, Kraft Macaroni and Cheese, and JELL-O. In her new role, Kristen will lead social AOR efforts across all of CP+B’s offices.

Kristen, who joined CP+B in 2010, was formerly Group Media Director, Social & Mobile. Prior to CP+B, Kristen was Senior Vice President at Edelman Digital, where she managed Dove’s U.S. social media efforts across Facebook and Twitter, while also leading the brand’s global social strategy. In addition to social media, Kristen also has extensive mobile expertise, having worked for clients like Qualcomm, American Heart Association, eBay, AXE, Wal-Mart, Ben & Jerry’s, Butterball, P&G and GM. She is also a former board member of the Mobile Marketing Association (MMA).
