Cossette welcomes a new senior-level hire, Peter Keiller, to the 1:1 team—the agency's CRM department—as group VP, head of technology. He boasts an impressive track record as an entrepreneurial and innovative executive leader with deep expertise in the 1:1 specialty practice.

With over 20 years of experience, most recently at Slalom, Peter honed his craft building operational strategies and scaling global practices. He’s skilled in strategic planning, talent enablement, and people and career management, and has a particular talent for forging strong client partnerships that drive agency growth. What sets him apart is his ability to stay ahead of the curve on industry trends, consumer insights and evolving requirements in the 1:1 space.

In his new role, Peter will further expand Cossette’s CRM technical capabilities and build synergy with leading martech consultancy Munvo, the newest agency in Plus Company’s portfolio. Cossette currently offers platform-agnostic solutions while making strides to become an industry-leading centre of excellence in the 1:1 space. Peter will uniquely position the agency to focus on innovation and delivery for clients including TD, SAQ, Société des casinos du Québec and Tourisme Montréal.
