Los Angeles and Portland-based creative studio, Conscious Minds, continues the expansion of its distinctive production paradigm, elevating ten company leaders to associate partners. The news comes on the heels of Conscious Minds being named to the latest Inc. 5000 list of the fastest-growing companies in the U.S.
Conscious Minds’ hybrid studio model combines cultural strategy, thoughtful creative, and authentically curated production environments, developing elevated original content for brands like Airtable, Nike, Amazon Prime, Nestle, and Jack in the Box. Navigating a growing demand for unique storytelling in a changing global landscape, Conscious Minds maintains a focus on innovating and scaling through strategic processes and purposeful growth within leadership.
“People are our core conviction at Conscious Minds,” says Blake Heal, founder, and executive producer at Conscious Minds. “We want our entire team to feel seen and have the ability to be part of something they believe in.”
Reflecting the philosophy of the company, Conscious Minds’ expansion in leadership aims to democratise influence and create impact throughout the organization while adding vital perspectives to serve the agency’s growing roster of diverse clients and initiatives.
“Being named to the Inc. 5000 list is a reflection of where we have been and these new partners are a reflection of where we are going next,” says Cameron DeArmond, managing partner and executive creative director at Conscious Minds. “We are lucky to have their voices influencing and shaping the future of the agency.”
With the new class of partners, all promoted from within the organization’s 80-person team, Conscious Minds is poised to reimagine the future of advertising through a human-first approach. “I want to build a company that elevates the voices that are representative of the world we live in,” says Angana Barathur, a newly appointed associate partner at Conscious Minds. “It’s been rewarding to be able to hold the door open and provide access for the next generation of untapped and emerging talent with Conscious Minds.”
Adds newly appointed associate partner and director of production Autumn Hymes: “As we continue to be a company that wants to add to the conversation I’m excited about being a part of that responsibility. The responsibility to tell compelling human stories, to connect diverse perspectives, to educate, to provide opportunity and make an impact that adds value to this industry. I’ve been invited to take a seat at the table and help lead a culture that is driven to utilise their voices in the most authentic ways. I’m honoured and ready to dig in. “
