The curse of the unknown plays havoc with one man’s entire life in this brilliantly crafted Canal Digital spot.
Created by Norwegian agency Try/Apt for the Scandinavian pay TV provider, the film opens with a lunchtime discussion at work in which two colleagues are joking about the ‘Silver Hand’, much to their counterpart’s confusion. It turns out he missed ‘that’ show last night - and he was the only guy in town who did. The man’s haphazard TV viewing amasses to completely over-the-top havoc through middle and old age, and even leaves him one leg.
The spot was directed by Bart Timmer through Bacon.
