Hires will support the agency's new business structure

Health and happiness agency Common Good, previously known as LRXD, has made some recent hires to support its new business structure, partner/CEO Kelly Reedy said today. Six new employees have joined the accounts, creative and HR departments, along with an addition to agency staff.

Senior account director Lexie Rhodes has 24 years of marketing, advertising and PR experience and the ability to combine business strategy with creativity. She has served as director of accounts at Spin Creative Studio and Digital Account Director at The1stMovement. She is also a strategy consultant. Most recently, she was at Karla Otto PR. Rhodes will work on POSSIBLE, MegaFood, Friday Health Plans and Renzo’s.

Account director Daniela Reyes has eight years of experience developing and managing marketing campaigns. She will work on the NuTrail, Plexus, and Alterna accounts at Common Good. Her broad experience in client management has made her an authority on several sectors, such as food and beverage, skincare, and hospitality. Reyes’ previous agencies include CCOMGroup and US Media Consulting.

Associate creative director Cecil Bozard has created award-winning work for the Colorado Department of Transportation, Wyoming Office of Tourism, City of Denver’s Marijuana Education Campaign, and Lift the Label — Colorado’s anti-stigma opioid campaign. Bozard has been freelancing as an associate creative director/copywriter the past two years, and previously held those roles at Amélie Company and Barnhart Communications. He works with a variety of Common Good clients, including POSSIBLE and The Zone Diet.

Associate creative director Valentina Jacks is a London-based multidisciplinary creative, art director and designer with a love for visual storytelling. Creatively, she is driven by exploring human truths, meaningful storytelling, collaborating with creative humans, doing good for the planet, and making real things that resonate with real people. Jacks grew up in Colorado and studied advertising in her hometown at CU Boulder, then headed for Amsterdam to work at TBWA/Neboko. She’s worked on both the client and agency side since, designing and art directing for brands, sport teams and organizations such as Manchester United, World Wildlife Foundation, O'Neill Europe, and more. Jacks will work on numerous Common Good accounts, including Nature’s Sunshine, Humann, The Zone Diet, and Alterna.

Director of finance Jon Psaroudis served in this capacity at RevelOne and Performance One Media, and as director of finance at AdTaxi. His skills include accounting, asset management, and financial reporting.

Senior manager of people and culture Juliette Rojas has joined as Common Good’s first human resources employee. Nurturing her creativity in what is considered a not-so-creative field is incredibly important to her. Rojas loves her job, and is an expert of engagement, a connoisseur of culture, a development devotee, a champion of compliance, and overall professional people person. Previously, she served in HR-relater positions at Meow Wolf and VEGAS.com.
